9bet9 Terms and Conditions – Clear Rules for All Users

In this document, the following terms have the meanings indicated: "9bet9" refers to the sports betting and online casino platform available at 9bet9.best; "User" or "you" is any person who registers and uses the services; "Account" is the profile registered in the user's name; "Real Balance" is the amount deposited by the user; "Bonus Balance" is the credit granted through promotions; "Rollover" is the wagering requirement that must be met in order to convert bonus balance into real, withdrawable balance.

Brazilian law governs this agreement. Any dispute arising from use of the platform shall be subject to the laws in force in the Federative Republic of Brazil, with jurisdiction vested in the competent court.

To use the services of 9bet9, you must create an account on the platform. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, CPF, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number.

The following individuals are eligible to create an account on 9bet9 individual users who:

• Are 18 years of age or older;
• Are residents of Brazil or access the platform in compliance with the laws of their jurisdiction;
• Are not employees, service providers, or immediate family members of 9bet9 staff;
• Have not had a previous account closed due to a violation of these Terms.

Each user may only have a single account on 9bet9. Duplicate accounts identified by CPF, email address, phone number, IP address, or shared payment method will be closed. In cases of duplicate accounts, bonus balance is automatically cancelled and the deposited real balance may be refunded following an identity verification process.

A bet is considered confirmed once the user clicks "Confirm Bet" and receives confirmation from the platform. From that point on, the bet cannot be cancelled, except in situations expressly provided for in these rules or in the event of a verified system error.

The 9bet9 reserves the right to:

• Refuse or limit bets from any user without the need to provide a reason;
• Cancel accepted bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical or human error, refunding the staked amount;
• Suspend markets in the event of external factors affecting the regularity of the outcome;
• Void bets on events that are cancelled, postponed by more than 48 hours, or ended prematurely without a defined result;
• Withhold payments and investigate bets suspected of combination, manipulation, or rule violations.

Live (in-play) bets are accepted at the odds in effect at the time of system confirmation. The 9bet9 is not responsible for data transmission delays that may create discrepancies between the actual event and the information displayed on the platform during live betting.

Cashout — full or partial — is offered at the discretion of 9bet9 and may not be available for all bets, markets, or at all times. The cashout value is calculated based on the odds at the time of the request and may differ from the original stake amount.

All amounts transacted on the 9bet9 are exclusively in BRL (R$). The 9bet9 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currency.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. Deposits made via Pix are credited to the account within seconds, 24 hours a day. For boleto bancário, processing may take up to 2 business days. Credit and debit card deposits may be subject to issuer approval. 9bet9 does not charge fees on deposits.

Real balance and bonus balance are handled separately on the platform. Real balance can be withdrawn at any time without additional restrictions. Bonus balance is subject to the rollover conditions described in the Bonuses & Promotions section.

Withdrawals will only be processed to bank accounts and Pix keys registered in the same name as the account holder on 9bet9. Withdrawals to third parties are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Qualifying bets: Bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50 count toward the rollover requirement in the Sports Betting segment;
• Bonus balance vs. real balance: Real balance is always used first when placing bets, unless the user manually selects the bonus balance;

The platform is provided "as is". The 9bet9 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not liable for damages caused by:

• Technical failures, outages, or platform errors;
• Data transmission delays during live betting;
• Unauthorized account access resulting from a failure to safeguard login credentials;
• Force majeure events affecting the operation of the services.

In all cases, the maximum liability of the 9bet9 toward any user is limited to the amount deposited by the user and still present in their account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

The 9bet9 may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are significant, users will be notified by email and through an in-platform notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Minor changes, such as text corrections or formatting adjustments that do not affect the legal content of the terms, may be implemented without prior notice. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top of the document.
